　　1.对焊及退火之后，锯片焊缝处会出现少量毛刺，该打磨机主要用于将这些焊接毛刺打磨掉，在锯片间形成光滑的对接表面。

　　手动固定夹紧，电机带动多组凸轮进行顶锻对焊，然后再进行手动二次退火处理。

　　1.采用手动杠杆夹紧及电机带动凸轮对焊结构，无须气源，使用方便。
